Plz suggest me some exercises to make my tummy flat for age between 25-30.?
Follow the tips bellow:
RUN for at least 15 mins a day (try to make it 20mins) or
10 mins running 10 mins Cycling (if you want to ride more then it's up to you)
DO sit ups at least 50
Tone and stretch your body (it's very impotent to stretch your bones always. specially if your doing hard work simultaneously) watch the video bellow

there are lots of exercise in youtube which can help you. watch all of them and pick what is easy for you at the start then medium workout and then HARD WORKOUTS.
if you want to become slim quickly then you have to work hard. please spent 1 to 2 hours a day for doing workout then see your self after one month.
FOOD is very important, try to control fatty food..i will advice you to eat OATS for your breakfast or Bran flacks…high in fibre and less fats and cholesterols….
