I am 13 yrs old,Im 5' 7″ (I know I'm tall) & I weigh 145lbs. I have a really big bone structure so that adds on to my weight too. Please dont tell me Im fat because I hear it enough from myself. How many crunches for flat tummy?

Im 16 years old and 120 pounds.
but my stomach isn't flat.
and I'd like it to be.
I started dance class two days ago ,
and everyday we do a 20min workout .
which includes over 100 jumping jacks, over 100 crunches, and 30 pushups
a day.
how many weeks until I see results
and how many weeks until my tummy is flat ? (approx.)

How do I get rid of my belly fat, love handles, and fat on my thighs quick?

Hi im a 15 year old girl. Im 5 feet 4in. and I weigh 132 pounds. So im a pretty average weight. But I have a problem with my stomach, and the upper and back of my thighs, and my love handles:/

On my tummy I have some fat, and I have love handles:/ which I really hate!
when I wear a bathing suit its not that bad but I really would like a flatter stomach and no love handles!

When I turn around, on the back of my thighs there is some cellulite just underneath my butt. This is gross because when I walk I feel like everyone can see it!

I play soccer and im on the track team. My legs are pretty muscular from all the running I have been doing. But I still have fat that needs to be gone now!

In track we do a lot of working out, not just running but work outs for our arms, legs, and abs to!

Its almost bathing suit season and my guy friends have pools and I really would like to go swimming without looking gross and I want to be feeling confident. I also really want to lose this fat because I know a lot of other teenage girls who would be going and they have flat tummies and such! I don't feel very confident because i feel like being a teenager you should be skinny and not have to worry about how you look in a bathing suit or whatever:/

I have been working out a lot, but I don't eat very well at all because I am always soo busy!

Before I go to school I very rarely have breakfast because im always in a rush, at school I rarely eat lunch because the lunch is so gross:/
Usually if I do get lunch I get a bagel with a lot of cream cheese or I eat like pizza, chips, or a really big cookie haha.
When I get home from school, I am always sooooo hungry and I eat so many snacks and make myself lunch again!
When I have a track meet I usually can't be home to have dinner so I eat a bunch of snacks while im there. When I do have dinner its just a normal meal.

I know the main reason im not losing enough fat as I want to is because of the way I eat, but im alway sooo hungry that I never really think about eating healthier or eating less snacks.

I want to lose all the fat I mentioned earlier (stomach, love handles, back and top of thighs) in about a month so I can be very confident wearing tighter shirts and bathing suits!
I have tried to stick to eating healthier but I am never motivated enough.
